I'm cracking my fingers, neck and even my jaws. This seem become a habit of mine now, How can i stop doing this from time to time?
It feels like there is the need to crack them from time to time that I feel uncomfortable when I can't do it.

I have heard that cracking fingers etc causes arthritis in later life... may just be an old wives tale though. The only way I know of how to stop any habit is to replace it with something else.
If you spend a lot of time sitting at a desk, try standing up and having a good stretch, or a little walk around, without actually going through the finger cracking thing.
Thats an easy task but even with just one hand I can crack fingers by pushing them on my head as what I usually do. seem to die hard really.
