Iam having a burningsensation on the palms of my handsand on my arm ,and when I touch it or when i touch something warm or hot the sensation is more amplified. Any ideas what this might be?

Is there any reddening of the skin? Is the skin hot to the touch? Do you feel unwell? Is your temperature elevated? Do you have any 'flu-like' symptoms? Have you cut yourself on the hand or arm? Is there a bruise evident?
It may be wise to get a medical opinion. It could be a localised skin infection.

Check with yr local physio-therapsit.get them to check for carpal tunnel snydrome,or pronator teres nerve intrapment,........failing that also check thoracic outlet syndrome for nerve entrapment brachial plexus..fingers 4 and 5 usually tingle go numb.........check trigger points scalene muscles pain refers wrist and hand.depending age check osteo- arthritis...........also if hands are not inflamed with visible papules rule out hand eczema.and psoriasis....what about allergies.some you touched allergic to..............good luck hope it gets better.massage t.
