I tore my achillies tendon back in June 2013 whilst jogging. Its a partial tear so no operation but I had 3 weeks in a plaster cast and now I'm 7 weeks into 8 weeks in an aircast. I was hoping for some advice about how people have recovered time periods and getting back to exercise etc. I've been told it will be another 4 weeks after the aircast comes off before I can drive.
