Hi everyone, I have been going more serious relating to my heart problems these days as from few days I have been feeling somewhat uneasy and when I went to the doctor he diagnosed this as low blood circulation. I have been given some suggestions for this by the doc,but would like to know any more things that I should OR should not do to avoid any complications.
Any help will be appreciated
Circulation
Last year I did a lot of searching for something which might help my 93 year old mother and I came across this product http://www.regenerativenutrition.com/content.asp?id=65 I sent for the pills, but my mother was too ill to be able to swallow them and she died in January. I have absolutely no idea whether they would be helpful for you, but if you read what is being said about the ingredients, I suppose you could possibly add some of the herbs in natural form to your everyday food, such as cayenne pepper. I hope your health soon improves.
Ginger is known to be helpful if you have circulation problems, you could eat it as it is, make it into tea or add ginger essential oil to a warm bath or footbath. Check it is Ok with your gp first though, always better to be safe!
Hello Murray
I was intrigued by the diagnosis you were given. Did your doctor mean you were anaemic, or had a slow heart beat, or that your blood pressure was low? Presumably he/she gave you more detail in your discussions or prescribed something, otherwise, the diagnosis does not make sense. It may be useful to return to your GP to clarify your diagnosis so that you can make the correct adjustments to your life style etc.
I hope this is useful.

I agree with LINDAB. Low circulation means nothing to me, and I must admit I was puzzled when I read the initial diagnois.
Surely the GP will have prescribed a drug if the condition warrants it. However, there are many things that can be treated by simply changing your life style and/or eating habits. Before embarking on an exercise programme though you should contact your GP again to make sure that it is safe to do so. Anaerobic exercise such as weight training will normally increase your blood pressure as your heart grows stronger, while aerobic exercise such as walking, running, cycling etc will eventually lower your blood pressure as your heart grows in size.
Take care.
You may not have noticed that Murray appears to have been Banned. So there's not a lot of point in posting on this thread. (I wonder what he did?)

Thanks for pointing this out sunanda. Murray in a subsequent moderated post was unfortunately indentified as a spammer. 🙁 That post was deleted before being visible on the forums but the other thread was left as it had some helpful content in the replies which other members might find useful.
