Was hoping someone could maybe help with this - for the past few months now I've been experiencing loss of blood flow to my limbs (especially arms) very easily. I'm only 26, go to the gym regularly (3+ times a week) and have no circulation disorders I know of.

I find that I can be sitting on the couch in a pretty ordinary position and I will start getting pins & needles in my hands (can be either side) or feet. I'm also finding that when I'm sleeping, likewise, I can be in a pretty ordinary position and I'm waking up a couple of times a night because my hand has gone completely numb (but it's painful!) and can take a couple of minutes to regain feeling.

I can't think of what would bring on this relatively sudden change, is this something I should consult a doctor over?

Am sure you are worrying about this so perhaps you would be best to check with your doctor. You wouldn't want anyone to get the wrong diagnosis for you.
You may just be trapping a nerve but it would be best to check it out.
Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Sounds like a pinched nerve in the shoulders or spine. I'd see a chiropractor.
