My left arm really feels as if the circulation is constricted. I can't see any reason for it. I'm 35, get a lot of exercise, but have a poor diet.
What might be the causes of poor circulation in one arm?

Hi Silas. I have the same at present,have had it for over a month but I have Angina. It is gradually receding but off to the doctor's on Friday to check it out.
If your problem persists,go and see your doctor.
