Suffered for a long while from irregular heartbeat.
Got me some Hawthorn tablets after reading here that they're good for blood pressure and dicky heart.
270g in each tablet, with 1.5% flavonoids. Whatever they are! I'm guessing they're the bit that does you good. I understand they take 3 months to start working. I'll let you know how I get on

RE: Hawthorn
Hello
Huge tablets are such a problem for me - I mean, my boyfriend won;'t take them even though they will do him good.
Does anyone know if you can cook with or buy hawthorn in a form other than in tablet form? perhaps a power to add to food or a liquid to add to water?
thanks
Alx
RE: Hawthorn
You might also want to use L'Arginine in liquid form if you have trouble swallowing pills and Omega 3-6-9 (Essential Fatty Acids) and Oral Chelate with a powerful cleasing agent EDTA for a healthy heart.
RE: Hawthorn
Hawthorn is used as a tincture in homoeopathy & is called Crategus - it acts upon the heart muscle & is a great heart tonic. Suggest seeking advice from a registered homoeopath before taking but it is a good remedy.
RE: Hawthorn
I am very pleased to report that my heart now beats regular as clockwork. Could be the hawthorn or could be thatI started avoiding foods with monosodium glutamate (E621) at about the same time.
By the way,I thinkI should have said the pills contain
270 mg. They are normal size.
