Hi everyone i just want some advice really. A potential client phoned me yesterday to say she had really bad circulation in one of her legs due to a hip replacement last year. She has been to the doctors but they were not helpful. I am qualified in Reflxology and Swedish massage, which do you think would be the best for her and would i need a doctors note? Thankyou

Does she have any swelling as a result of the surgery? Is there any pain in the limb? If so, she may need to see a vascular consultant and be referred to a lymphoedema clinic.

Thankyou jabba, she did mention that she had come off of holiday recently from italy and someone gave her a leg massage daily which she says she benefitted from. I am going to see her at lunch time and ask more questions, thankyou for the advice.

It's not too difficult to promote curculation in a given leg by Su-jok reflexology especially if knowing the origin of the
problem.
First, by finger massage regarding to particular affected areas if any, plus the acupuncture.

Hi
Do you used nutritional supplements? I have got same circulation problems and I have started taking supplements since april. I know there are lots of products for heart and circulation in the market BUT I am only taking Ginkgo and Garlic supplements. You can buy them from online shops or might get them from ASDA. I always buy from Simply supplements because they offering buy one get one free. If you like to buy online then can try them.

Or compare all big supermarkets who sells vitamin and supplements
