Having had experience of this dreadful condition, but at the 'other end', I would throw everything at it!!!!!!!!!!!
Definitely think that hypnosis for pain control was the main help.

Hello and im sorry to hear your in so much pain. First thing that came to my mind was meta-health and eft for pain. Have a google and see what your think. You will be able to find quite a few eft videos on utube.

Welcome to this forum site, I am sorry to hear your in so much pain. First thing that came to my mind was mental health and effective for pain.
