I've had fibro for many years. Previous to this I had a crystal healing with a lovely lady and Boy did it work!.
I was just wondering if there are any crystal healers on here who could recomment which crystals are good for fibromyalgia? I specifically need something to help with the foggy thinking, the pain in muscles and bones, severe headaches, and most importantly something that can help me with my sleep patterns - I tend to swing from not sleeping at all for 3 or 4 nights, then sleeping the clock around for a couple of nights. My doctor gives me Zolpidem but he is quite baffled by this problem. I am totally exhausted whether I am sleeping or not.
Any advice on crystal healing for fibro would be really gratefully received! In the past I have responded to crystals really well and do feel an affinity with them.
