Internal bubbling?

Hi spirited peeps....

I have had a broken nights sleep due to a gurgling, bubbling stomach. I want to know if anyone has some ideas on what it may be- as ive had this b4.
Basically, i had alot of flatulence in the night and tummy was gripy, and kept making noises. when i awoke this morning i felt sickness feeling, especially when i think of the food that was in my dream this morning just b4 i woke up. I have burped a couple of times this morn, and b4 i do, it feels like i could be sick if i burp, but when i do burp im not sick. still having flatulence this morning. sweet sickly taste in my mouth. my stomach, and left side of diaphragm feels tender to the touch. the gurgling/bubbling is coming from around belly button area.

I had this at beginning of year for a few days, with pain in my stomach which meant every time i moved i felt worse.

Dont know whether itssomething i ate yesterday or not. I had a of pint of uht skimmed milk (i normally get flatulence if i drink milk, so i try and avoid dairy). Last night, i had jam with oatcakes, rice cakes, then bowl of readybrek with muesli mixed in- not a nice thought i know! plus some flat lucozade.

I mix my food quite alot which i shouldnt as its harder for body to digest in proper way i know.

Im worried that im going to have this for a few days again.
