What? Where? How? You really should explain some of your recommendations in more depth, otherwise we are all just left wondering what your posts are about!

If one seeking for help asks for that it will be explained further, otherwise why cramming the forums.
If interested you may PM, the general recipe is to tone up Darkness or "Universal Calmness" and sedate "Light", here the daily activity and connections to "social" factors+responsibilities.
It anyway is to be modified to every particular case.

For "what" the answer - 2 acupuncture points (general approach,
as I mentioned) on the thumb, can be located on the joints or around the nail touching it from outside.
I posted at least 2 such schemes, one for Star99.

I used to have the same problem with my child, I cut out all sugar after dinner and it seemed to do the trick! I've also started reading him children's books from work and it has really helped out!

Burn or diffuse roman chamomile essential oil, great for kids, great to aid sleep

Hi. I am Peer. I am Professor for social work and education. And I am also a neurofeedback therapist. Neurofeedback can help pretty well to gain back sleep. Especially on children like your described your kid. Please visit www.neurofeedback-practice.co.uk to get more information.

Greetings,
Peer
