Hi
I feel my jaw is to blame or my flip flops?
I have been walking tons recently and have ignored pain as I have been otherwise distracted.
Only now I feel my whole skeleton is out of alignment.
I don't know which therapeutic options to try? The last time I went to chiropractor they used pain pen each visit with little or no affect?
Any suggestions?
Thank you in advance.
My first piece of advice would be not to ignore pain. However thats a bit late now!. You need a proper diagnosis before therapeutic options can be thought of so your first port of call should probably be your GP. The other option would be an osteopath. I have tried both osteopaths and chiropractors and for me osteopaths are the better option
I guess it depends on the chiropractor.
I've found chiropractic beneficial - though mine offers more than just chiropractic, she also does spinal touch (very gentle, but also effective), craniosacral therapy, reflexology, acupuncture and some others that I can't recall.
Certainly something like spinal touch is good for looking at the skeletal alignment and making adjustments to re-align things properly. After a single treatment I could feel I was standing and walking more correctly.
Chiropractor utilised acupuncture, cranio sacral & kinesio tape.
To try release my pelvic, jaw & shoulders.
PTSD at a cellular level has s memory that is relentless.
She was amazing & dedicted so much time to try all she could to help.
Bless her X
I'd like to throw Bowen Technique in to the mix!

Bearing in mind things you've written in other threads, soul loss is a strong possibility.
Back pains problems are also due to person's overweight so make sure that you do not have much weight. You can go use ginger extract tea which is easily available in the health food or vitamin stores. Or you may try Tai Chi which is an Chinese therapy proven best for back and knee pain.
Thank you so much!
