Just wondering whether anyone has tried Apple Cider Vinegar for any form of arthritis (or any other condition) and what results they have found. If anyone has tried it, please share your results.

I bought a few books on the subject a few years back written by a woman who was told she wouldn't walk again due to arthritus. She beat the doctors and now lives a normal life and has written a bookabout her journey, a cook book and I think a third book too. I can check the details when I get home tonight if you like? Unless anyone else remembers her name?

One of my Tai Chi students started using this at the beginning of the year and now swears by it (as opposed to swearing at its taste [:'(] ).
Not sure but I think she takes a couple of spoonfuls with a glass of water twice a day. She is away next week, but I'll ask her when she gats back.

HippyChick, have you by chance found those books? I'm going to visit my Great(super, actually:D) Uncle Bud in the next week or so, he's 96 or 97 this year...always been a doer, just gave up his license last year (poor guy was doing fine driving in his old farm town, till the whole area was developed and filled up with citified driving conditions)--but that's for another thread, eh?:)
Anyway, I'd love to give him every bit of help I can...
I'm off to do some websearching!

Wow! I had no idea (just back from my jaunt across the net, pant, pant, pant)...as a product of the 'disposable & synthetic is best' generation I am trying to learn about our natural relationships in this world. I just can't learn enough--fast enough:eek:
