Hi Sasiz,
All new members are automatically on moderation, meaning their posts have to be checked by a moderator before becoming visible (whenever moderators are available to do so).
This is not a reflection on genuine members, but allows us to prevent spam from cluttering the forums by catching it before it get's visible on the site.
The moderation will automatically lift after several days and a few acceptable posts.

Sorry for the delay. The moderating team are all volunteers with their own jobs to do, so it really is a case of when we are available to review such posts and approve or reject them. Things could get picked up quickly if a moderator is online to see it, or there could be a delay (sometimes up to a couple of days over weekends) if nobody is about. We do aim to release posts as quickly as possible though.
I've now approved your first post, though I've had to remove the product links you placed in it.
