Have been feeling pretty run down for a while, exhausted all the time, dry mouth and keep coming out in a rash. The rash is very odd - it's like I've scratched or grazed myself and only appears on my neck (sort of like a 'love bite'), it starts getting red and over 24-48 hours turns very angry, it takes roughly around another 48 hours to disappear and goes dry for a while, then it's OK for a week, then comes back again. I really don't know what to do.
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks.

Sounds like you're run down. I'd suggest you try lots of water and a good nutritional supplement such as Neways Maximol.

yes, go and see your GP, show him this is a serious condition (s/he might dismiss it all as "stress").

Be adamant about your diet: if you can, stop coffe, black tea, sugar, smoking, prepared meals...that's if you do any of these of course.

Also, someone was mentionnong water in reply to someone else question: this is so important, get yourself a 1L mineral/spring bottle of water and dring it by the end of the day (tap water, not so good = chlorine, fluorite...).

Maybe you're allergic to something: cheese, or chemicals within food, which can be a headache to trace.

A friend of mine had your symptoms a while ago, plus headaches and poor sleep. She has been diagnosed with ME (fatigue syndrome). Maybe the fact that she lived near chemical factories may have wordened all that.

The list of guesses is very long, go and see a GP, do blood tests, watch your food, increase water intake and decide wether you worry too much or get stress from some area in your life...

I hope you will get better.
Fadette.
