hi there

about a year ago i went for food allergy testing using the bio-resonance method, and turned out to be allergic to quite a large number of things. i am just wondering if anyone can shed any light on how reliable this method of testing is as i have heard its not great and i want to look into getting a second opinion as i'm not convinced i am allergic to some of the items that came up! also can anyone suggest what would be the most reliable method for food allergy testing?

thanks! x

RE: bio-resonance testing

I've heard xed reports, however, I did have a half hour taster session, during which they tested a number of things, some of which I knew I had a sensitivity to. I didn't tell them what I was sensitive to and I asked that they only tell me what they tested after all testing had been completed. It was pretty accurate. I think the only thing I wasn't convinces by was white fish, but I did test it and although symptoms weren't great, it did have an effect.

With all sensitivities, they can come and go.. you might be ok after a period of absention.

I've recently trained in kinesiology and now swear by it, it can not only tell you what you're allergic or sensitive to, it can tell you which organs are affected, plus you can test for supplements which will strengthen the body so that eating this food stuff is limited in negative effects, making the body stronger for the longer term.
