For 3 years or so now i have been feeling pretty rubbish. I'm a 30 yr old male and in all other respects very healthy. Have had many 'tests' ranging from bloods to MRI's etc and there is nothing wrong technically so wondering if this list gives anyone any clues...

General muscle tension/moderate pain on palpatation in pelvic region (low back/abs/hamstrings)
Muscles, especially hanstrings, feel very tight in the morning and then slowly loosen up
Moderate tiredness but no problems sleeping
Sometimes 'dots' in vision that clear with blinking and slightly 'gritty' eyes
Sometimes skin on thights looks redder than rest of skin area but no real rash present, clears within a few hours.

Just wonder if this would be some form of allergy to something or if anyone has any clues? Have had deep tissue work done which helps a little but symptons return.

thanks

possibility of dehydration. do you drink enough water? most people don't realise how 'rubbish' dehydration makes you feel and think if you're not thirsty you don't need a drink. first option, therefore, is gradually increase your water intake up to around 8 glasses a day. if this doesn't help, recommend you get yourself to a good holistic practitioner, maybe a kinesiologist, who can do the right kind of testing on a wide range of areas very quickly.

the real question isn't what it is, but what can be done to put it right. Kinesiology, particularly health kinesiology, is good for this sort of thing when the medics don't have a clue, and you don't have a formal diagnosis.

For a health kinesiology practitioner go to www.hk4health.co.uk
For a kinesiology practitioner go to www.kinesiologyfederation.org

best wishes

Have you had any vaccinations in the past few years? I've concluded from personal experience that allergies and many other auto-immune conditions have roots in vaccinations, which apparently alter our genetics thus the entire way our bodies function and respond to the environment. Just a thought...

I agree. I work alongside an excellent kinesiologist and the things they find out about, the medics' equipment and methods are just too old-fashioned to find. Kinesiology and other energy techniques derived from kinesiology, can then provide the treatment.

I also agree about Kinesiology- it is very helpful and I'd advise giving it a go:D

what the hell is kinesiology? like physiotherapy? or more like a spiritual healer?

The post about the vaccination made me think, and yes, it really makes sense, it is quick a violent thing to do to our nature, like the contraceptive pill changing the way hormones work. So, what shall we do instead of vaccination to protect ourselves against all the epidemics/diseases?

it's not like spiritual healing or like physiotherapy? Let me try and explain. It uses the Chinese acupuncture system but without needles. The person puts an arm or a leg in a position determined by the practitioner and the muscle either locks or unlocks (gives way, goes spongey). The therapist uses this approach to have a dialogue with the body and find out what is needed to rebalance it. Hope that's a help
