Did you know you consume more calories in eating half a packet of crisps than you do in eating a full packet?

In the act of eating a whole packet you burn off the extra calories.

This isn't actually true, but it does make people stop and think.

Stay away from Marmite crisps. Eat a packet of those and before you know it you'll be lying on the floor gibbering and staring at fingers plastered in savoury crisp crumbs. Around you will be a small mountain of empty yellow packets and the lingering aroma of yeast extract.

Similar to Jaffa cakes, then!

So what are we supposed to stop and think about, then? *looks confused*

We could think that eating four full packets of crisps is better than eating four half packets. :022:

Also, does opening a jumbo six-pack burn off more calories than just opening one individual packet? I think the logic speaks for itself.

Think you'd need to go to your Dr and get a blood test done. But I was having bad palpitations at the time which is one side effect. Do a search on the internet and see what it comes up with - if you identify with any of them well no harm in asking your Dr for a blood test just to make sure.
