Hi folks, I am new to this forum and this is the first thread of any kind I have ever posted. I believe I experienced a spiritual awaking back in February this year and I am now at the start of my journey to find peace from within. I am very interested in all levels of spirituality and am looking to undergo a session with Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, founded by the amazing Dolores Cannon. Has anybody had any experience with this subject? If so your input would be greatly appreciated. Derek

You can find a number of people on this site and others that will say that they have had positive experiences with QHHT. I think that if you are considering undergoing a session you should do your research and prepare yourself first. You also need to find a quality therapist if you want to really get something out of the session. Good luck!
