hi all, I am looking for a small class in my area for a yoga, anyone know how to find a group to join? Thanks

How about Mr Google, Facebook page for local holistic activities for your area, health food shop windows display advertisements/ pamphlets.
Community halls, learning centres are also places where you could possibly find lots of healing type things...yoga is often on menu. Word of mouth? Still the best way to know whatever is on in your vicinity

Where are you based? there are lots of Yoga teachers in the country , held classes for 1 hour for £10.00 or so, try google in your area, and type Yoga classes, you will find qualified teachers, good one to start is Hatha Yoga my favourite.
