Which sprayers would you recommend for using with undiluted Lavender please?

Just wondering, if using undiluted lavender in an atomizer, mixed with something to help it through the mechanics, and bearing mind that the 'something' must have no smell whatsoever, would it be better, if that 'something' was water or alcohol?
