Hi all
I have managed to lose my certificate while moving house. Does anyone know if ITEC will replace? I am sure I am not the first person to do this!

Ring them up or email them and ask them. You will be on the system as passing the qualification but you may have to pay to recieve a second certificate. It should not be a problem.
