Last week, the Yoga Class, which has been conducted for the last 3 months in the same place was ordered not to use a joss stick as it might set the smoke alarm off.:( It has not done so in the last 3 months.
Any comments about this and what the accepted procedure is? The Yoga Teacher is fully qualified and insured.

I guess it depends on the rules at the location. I think it is unlikely they would produce enough smoke to set the alarm off but if they don't want to take the risk that is their right I suppose The teachers qualification and insurance and irrelevant really.

Its just one of those annoying things............
