Down here in Kent, we were forecast snow yesterday, and the weather prediction was right:eek:- it is snowing as i type! ( nothing major mind, just a gentle trickle of small flakes rather than a full on blizzard!)
Warmest wishes- calla lily x
Not here thankfully, I'm not a fan of the snow, although it was forcast to snow but the sky looks quite clear at the moment, it's probably waiting till next week when I'll have to do the school runs:(

Yes, I'm in Kent too and I have seen quite big flurries this morning. It's stopped at the moment but it looks so cold and raw outside, I'm just happy to be in my warm cosy house. Hopefully, it doesn't look like it will settle (famous last words:eek:)

No it does not snow in my country, in fact I never experienced snow yet in my life 🙁

Believe me healthoption, the novelty of snow would soon wear off as here in the UK, the whole country panics and grinds to a halt at the first sign of a flake!

It's been snowing here in S. Yorkshire since early this morning, but as yet just a light covering. It's probably deeper up on the moors.
we have a covering in co durham, we took the dog for a little walk in it and he had loads of fun, he is a springer so just imagne how much stuck to him when we got back to the car it was dripping of him
Here up in Newcastle it's shocking. We actually had thunder and lightening this morning with snowfall, never seen that before. The roads are horrible and there is a weather warning to say don't travel unless it's absolutely necessary.................and tomorrow, it will all be gone..... hopefully!
yes i have noticed that we seem to get it for one day and it is no good for the kids to go sledging infact mine has been in the shed and not been used for years
am in Essex and no snow as yet, but its sooooooooo cold........watch this space lol
In Grimsby we had snow overnight but not much. Settled on the roof tops and wheelie bins but melted on the ground. When I went to the shops later pushing the pram, it was snowing finely but very very cold! I hope that it goes away as we're away to Center Parks Suffolk next week and really don't want to be travelling in it.
Here in East London a few tiny flakes for about 10 mins then stopped...thankfully.
Well I am chuffed to say, we have had quite a bit of snow today here in Bishop Auckland. We had to go out this morning and my hubby was chuffed because; 1) he was sent home from work as there was no work on. 2)He actually got to use his 4 wheel drive on our SUV at last and was very impressed.
After Lunch we took the kids out sledging with our older dog, it was great, lots of rosy cheeks and numb fingers, it took the kids' minds off the loss of our other dog (which happened this morning).
Anyhow, I hope to see more of the snow, I just love it, everywhere looks so beautiful.
