hi
i have doubts about the heat sensation i feel mostly in my first and second chakra whe doing my self reiki. although i don't feel warmth in my hands. i feel an intense heat in those 2 chakras. it means the chakra is in excess and it needs to level off or on the contrary, it means is receiving more reiki energy?

blessings to all

It means...don't be analyzing too much. People may give answers to one query, but the functionality of mind is such it will generate fresh questions.
Who can answer your questions? Outside answers seldom quench. The questions keep arising out of the dynamic of mind
As is happening here
Understanding rarely happens that way.
It happens by settling in the unknowing..Only then arises an understanding that whatever it is, it knows what it is doing....acceptance alone gives rise to deep understanding.

I would say if you read it back, you actually know - and answer your question correctly before you then doubt it, and try and undo it!
Go with your instinct - you were right!
