hi everyone!!!
i would like to know for how long the reiki treatment to oneself last. depends of our attitude duringg the day after the self treatment??

It lasts as long as you need it to. Reiki is really not complication, but many do try to overcomplicate it with 'rules' and 'methods'

I suppose if you wer to use hand positions then it would last till you have finished? You can of course open th channel and link in then leave it running till you feel you have had eneough and it will stop. 🙂
