Yoga classes & workshops in Hythe, Kent

Hello,
I am a fully qualified and experienced Iyengar Yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga since 1999 (27 years).  I teach local classes and workshops in Hythe, Kent and run annual mini-yoga retreats (currently Algarve, Portugal, Spain and UK).
I attend weekly classes with senior Iyengar teachers, annual professional development days and regularly travel to India to spend time with my teachers.  I have studied with the Iyengar family at the famous Iyengar Institute in Pune. Whilst in Pune in 2008, I was honoured to attend Guruji BKS Iyengar’s 90th celebrations, a once in a lifetime experience for which I am eternally grateful.  I am also indebted to the teachings of Swati and Rajiv Chanchanni and Usha Devi, who both teach in Uttahkrand, India.
