At Vita Reiki, I offer grounded, down‑to‑earth Reiki in a garden studio just off Tempest Avenue in Waterlooville. Sessions are designed to feel safe, calm and unhurried, giving your nervous system space to settle and your body’s own healing processes a chance to switch on.
