have always been interested in health and wellbeing. After completing an undergraduate degree in Sports Science at St. Martin's College, Lancaster I spent a further four years studying to be an Osteopath at the British College of Osteopathic Medicine, London. I qualified with a degree in Osteopathic Medicine in 2004 and have practised in the Colchester area ever since.
