I am a fully insured certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and NLP4Kids practitioner, working with both adults and children in Finsbury Park, Holloway Road and Hornsey.
I manage a regular workshop in that shows you how to use the energy of your own body-mind connection to help with symptoms and your emotional well-being. Techniques used are relaxation and positive thinking, useful when helping people with fragile and sensitive systems.
The NLP techniques I teach have helped my clients as well as me, a sufferer of Fibromyalgia to live a better life. They help sufferers of chronic pain build an improved mental state and attitude to pain. Workshops cost £10 are every two weeks on Friday, 6pm-7pm. See for workshop date.
