Paul is an award-winning hypnotherapist, recently voted “Best Hypnotherapist in London”, offering professional hypnotherapy for adults in Highgate, North London and Radlett, Hertfordshire. This allows clients to feel calmer, more in control, and able to create lasting change—often more quickly than they expect. With many years of experience, Paul is known for his calm, approachable and compassionate style. Sessions are both deeply relaxing and highly practical, giving clients workable tools they can use in everyday life. His Hypnowellness practice has received dozens of positive reviews, and his Smoking Cessation Programme has been featured in The Guardian, alongside other media appearances and broadcasts. Paul offers a free initial phone consultation, usually available at short notice, providing a confidential and supportive space to discuss your situation and explore how hypnotherapy can help.
Paul Levrant is a native Londoner who spent many years in a successful business career before retraining as a hypnotherapist. Through first-hand experience, he understands the pressures of modern life-the constant demands of work, family, and social responsibilities-and how these can contribute to anxiety, stress, and burnout. Motivated by both personal experience and a growing interest in psychological wellbeing, Paul began exploring therapeutic approaches that create meaningful and lasting change. As he explains: “The more aware I became of the pressures of modern life-and having benefited myself from professional support-the more my interest grew in the therapies available to help people regain balance and control.” Paul’s training began with mindfulness, Tai Chi, and Taoist meditation under Master Professor Liu Hsiu-Chi. He then went on to qualify in clinical hypnotherapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and has continued to expand his expertise with further training in approaches such as transactional analysis (TA) and rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT). Today, Paul offers an integrated, multi-disciplinary approach to hypnotherapy. Rather than relying on a single method, he draws on a range of proven techniques to tailor each session to the individua-helping clients overcome anxiety, improve sleep, break unwanted habits, and feel more calm, confident, and in control.
