I offer a variety of sessions in Herbal Medicine/Naturopathy, Plant Spirit Healing and Energy Healing.
What happens in my sessions:
My sessions are led by guidance, and by my clients. Once we have created a space for healing we can utilise anything that’s relevant from my various tool-sets. These are in Energy Healing, Receiving and Facilitating Divine Guidance, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Lifestyle Advice, Meditation Practice, Breathing Work, Flower Remedies etc. It’s a very open and integrative, client-led approach, that allows the healing work to go into all sorts of needed directions.
