Complementary Therapy Practitioner in Borough of Wyre, Lancashire

What is Systematic Kinesiology?

Kinesiology comes from a Greek term meaning “movement.” Systematic Kinesiology is a holistic complementary therapy that uses muscle testing techniques to assess how energy is moving within the body and to highlight any imbalances. Based on these findings, practitioners may use a combination of approaches—such as lymphatic techniques, energy balancing, nutritional support, and emotional work—to help restore balance and support overall wellbeing.
