Circle of Life Yoga is rooted in a deep appreciation of the natural world and an initmate understanding of positive health and wellbeing.
As a graduate of the International School of Dru Yoga, and holder of Birthlight Baby Yoga Diploma I teach a variety of classes around Stockport. As welI as my regular adult class, I specialise in teaching pre-natal, mother and baby classes and yoga for early parenthood.
