I am a BTEC Level 5 Remedial Sports Massage & Soft Tissue Therapist and trained at the North London School of Sports Massage (NLSSM) and I offer Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage & Remedial Soft Tissue Therapy to help you move with ease.
Sports Massage and Soft Tissue Therapy is suitable for everyone and not just sports people. The massage and other advanced techniques that are used are effectively tailored to your needs, whether a sports injury, long term health condition or something in between. I am fully mobile and all treatments are carried out in the comfort of your own home.
I have also completed a specialist ‘Pregnancy and Post Natal Massage & Remedial Therapy’ course through Burrell Education, and am able to offer massage to help you with your prenatal/postnatal stress, and muscular aches and pains carefully and safely. I feel that the techniques used within Sports Massage can be beneficial during and after pregnancy.
