Hello, I'm Cath, the owner of Big Calm – A bespoke organic aromatherapy massage service for emotional well-being in Burton on the Wolds near Loughborough. I specialise in the alleviation & treatment of nervous system conditions, including stress, anxiety, depression and insomnia.

I'm fully qualified to the highest level in clinical aromatherapy massage (including anatomy and physiology), and an active registered member of the International Federation of Aromatherapists (IFA) and the Completmentary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). I went through intense theoretical and practical training, led by the legendary Marie Wayte of Rosewood college of Aromatherapy, one of just a handful of Aromatologists in the UK.
I work from my lovely airy and contemporary treatment room within my family home. I'm a friendly and professional therapist, and I strive to put all of my clients at physical and emotional ease and give them the best treatment possible.
