Yes I have done these also. Again, I found it a really lovely energy. Just what I needed at the time. And I think it really helped me let go of some past stuff and move forward.

I know it's perceived as being quite a scary attunement- only discovered that afterwards. But I always believe if you do it for your highest good then it can only benefit you- when the time is right.

Just wondered if anyone knows of any teachers of kundaline reiki in Berkshire area. I practice Usui Reiki myself and would love to learn this other type also.

I have bought this off ebay...and so am yet to be attuned...9 attunements, 3 are kunadlini and the other six all done at same time the six are booster...the first three at different times...

I need to read the manuals before I give the dates though...it is distant attunement..I am doing this as I did reiki 1 distant attunement..yet to do 2 and 3...'

but I am going to start and have it done in a group though...I read that Kundalini is higher than all three reiki usui attunements..does anyone know about this..I am going to go from reiki one when I do it in a group it cannot hurt...am I coming at this the wrong way..the thing is with ebay is that there are loads of distant attunements and I feel it is best to do in a class..but just this time now decided on kundalini why I do not know was just strongly drawn towards it..then I go and see this website where there are more kundalini types of attunement..it is all very complicated..

hi, I have not heard of KR being done in a group before.

I had mine done distantly, and I do the a/ments for others distantly too.

Not sure I agree with the claim about it being stronger than USUI reiki.

I have had good feedback from people about how they expereince the flow

I also had my Kundalini Reiki attunements done distantly.
It certainly feels like a different type of energy from usui Reiki, not necessarily stronger, but very powerful.

I have never heard of this type of Reiki and find myself intrigued, I have some questions that some of you bods may care to answer:
in what way is it different from Usui?
Why would you want/need it if already attuned?
Are there different symbols?
Is there such a thing as wanting to keep up with the Jones in Reiki, if so, is this one of them?
Would it make my Reiki work/experience different?

Kundalini Reiki is not a form of Usui Reiki, it works with different energy and the energy beings behind the modality are different, there are no symbols as the connection is direct.

The Kundalini Reiki treatments only take a few minutes to perform, there are no hand positions, you just put your hands on someones shoulders and think Kundalini Reiki, you feel the energy start to flow, after a few minutes the energy will stop and the treatment is finished.

This energy modality is simplicity itself to use and pass on, nothing complicated to get in the way of the energy flowing 🙂

I will find out where it says about kundalini being equivalent to all three reiki usui...but it is different.

Also I am doing attunement this evening..when others have done their attunements have you focused on base chakra or just relaxed and allowed it to happen after calling in the attunement..I guess I am looking for the best way to attune to this rather than just calling it in which I will do...

I'm new to Reiki and am still finding my way with the energy... Do I need to be attuned to other forms of Reiki as well as the Usui level 1 and 2? I was taught that the Usui stuff was all I needed, is it not enough? What should I be attuned to next?
