My sister and I want to have a few days together to chill. We both like yoga, pilates and complementary therapies, meditation, self-improvement/awareness, etc.

I live in Durham and she lives near Abergavenny, South Wales.

We would like to have perhaps 2 days and nights, all inclusive, and central for us both to travel.

We would like a retreat weekday or weekend, or relaxation time where we don't have to think or make decisions. We would also like to enjoy the food as both foodies and like our wine.

Our budget is £250 each and both have valid passports if budgets allow.

Can anyone help, offer guidance, offer suggestions or even better - recommendations.

Thanks

Daisychain, have a look at this website. This retreat is set in beautiful Kent countryside. There won't be a retreat weekend now until September but if you can wait until then, then I definitely recommend it. (Btw I do the holistic facials:)) The food is veggie but absolutely delicious and there is bar! It is a real chill-out.
