RE: Hello!

hello all welshies

i live in Nelson, Caerphilly...

at the moment i am studying Indian Head Massage and enjoying it (haven't even got to heads properly yet, doing back, neck and arms, plus paperwork e.g. contra-indications) - but i am really enjoying the studying a new skill and social interaction - as i am a full-time mum of two small children!!

we are all on a 'spiritual' journey, life is a spiritual experience - and if you are aware of that then that is a huge step, not just a 'beginning'... maybe an awareness of a process in progress....
i rarely find (make) time for sit down meditation practice with two small kids, but i do try and be still and quiet for half an hour or so most days and maybe read an inspiring book

oh yeah! have you guys heard of Cygnus Books - it is Welsh.
check out: http://www.cygnus-books.co.uk/
you can get a free subscription to their monthly magazine which is cool
and i am part of a Cygnus Book Circle - a few like minded individuals meet once a month to discuss inspirational type books...

also before i go, do you all know about the Natural Health & Healthy Living Show in Cardiff on Nov. 4th and 5th
check out: http://www.visionforliving.co.uk/

much love to you all
jess

RE: Hello!

Hi all you lovely Welsh people,

I'm only adoptive Welsh and moved to Builth Wells two years ago but absolutely love it. I run my business from home and offer Tarot readings, Reiki teaching/attunements and healing, crystal therapy, house clearingand spiritual development workshops. If you check out the Events page on my website I try to keep people informed about events in Wales.

Cygnus books are fab, I agree, and Aura magazine is also good although it's very biased to the south of Wales I find. We need more happening in the middle, which is why I'm here! It would be great to cross paths with some of you.

Love and light,

Sara
