Does anyone know of a social group in East Sussex for people with interests in Alternative & Complementary Health??? Working as a practitioner can be quite lonely and I am desperate to meet new people which are not my clients!

Hi Hallos
Thanks for your offer. How do you keep yourself amused in West Sussex?

Well,
I am a single parent with three children...12,10,7...and ive just finished studying for four years.....having a bit of a break...then starting up my own business. I go to a local group at Portslade com College and meet like minded people and play about with crystals.etc. I chat to people on face book and im always looking to learn new things....i really wont to learn Reiki...
What about you?

I live in Wadhurst and have been a Kinesiologist (amongst other therapies) for over 10 years and have been self-employed giving treatments and doing a bit of teaching. My son has just turned 18 and (single) 'mothering' has come to an end, so I have much more time on my hands.
Working as a pracitioner (from home) can be a lonely business as my clients are my clients, not really my friends.
Maybe it is the part of the country I live in ? but people here are very serious and are all chasing money (as were I love to have some fun despite being on the better side of 50). Therefore, I go dancing, which is great fun but haven't met anyone with 'alternative' interests. Hence me looking for a group.
Unfortunately, Portslade is too far for me to travel - perhaps I should move?
Anyway, Hallos, wishing you all the best for the start of your business.
