I know of someone to whom this happened. She simply wrote to the owner of the other website, pointing out the breach of copyright and insisting that they remove her material from the site. I believe a timescale was put on this, plus a threat to take up the matter officially if no action was taken. The matter was quickly resolved.
Try sending a stiffly worded email initially. 😉
EDITED to add: Alternatively, you could offer an exchange - being given a credit line on THEIR site as the author of the articles, plus a link to YOUR site!
