Earlier there's been calls on similar events on this board
to join to calm disasters, now it looks not significant
[3 m of tidal waves predicted]?

In what way do you feel it's not significant?

Here's a link to the news story about flooding in Great Yarmouth for everyone...

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/7086280.stm

If you are referring to the fact that nobody, until yourself, has been praying for the flooding not to happen, it could be that people believe, if you focus on a disaster happening in the future that has not yet happened then you are likely to effect nature (via law of attraction) and actually cause the disaster to happen in the first place. It's like journalists stirring up trouble by hyping up things that haven't yet happened.

So perhaps the question should be asked... "should we focus our attention on something negative that has not yet happened?"

perfect for studying English - totally misterious.

I suggested what I did from watching worldnews broadcastings.
If you think measures need to be taken only after the disaster
happened you may evaluate negative energy mapping over your
country, some say this is what attracts natural
disasters.

An example for recent flooding:

One directs his energy/good intentions onto the map and the elements
will do the rest.
One may feel how problems of London are being drawn out the way up and through Norwich, and also through Southend-on sea. Norwich people getting rid of hidden emotional pain in heart.

Indeed. I have no problem with having good intentions for people. My point was that, even with good intentions, the fact that you are focusing on a negative event that has not yet happened could still effect the situation in a negative way. If people were, instead, to focus their positive thanks on the present fact that we have a happy and wealthy (not just in monetary terms) land then those positive thoughts will help to keep it that way. It is the prediction of doom and gloom that can, IMHO, bring it about.
