I knew it sounds silly but my skin has broke out in spots.I feel terrible and don't went to leave the house.Please could you send me healing for my skin from a silly parson

Have you tried using an anteseptic cream ? Something like sudocream is pretty good.
Visualise your spots getting smaller.
