Some of you were very kind to send positive thoughts for the sale of my house and it worked very well. :038:
However the potential new owners have came across a bit of a stumbling block and are stalling on the signing of the missives. :confused:
Could I call on your help again to try and get things moving.
Changing home means so much to myself and my family and we were so excited about a new start after a really difficult few years which have taken their toll.
I am really worried that this does not go ahead as planned and we are all starting to get really stressed out and become quite affected emotionally and physically.
Any help would be appreciated.

We had similar situation. We were going for new build house and due to demands from builders and not selling our own house in which the area was going downhill, we got stressed and worried. I did reiki on our for sale sign and within days a guy came and bought our house. Then we faced having to find another house to move to. We looked at 3 and this one was a home. Nothing finalised but I knew we would be in it and we are for last 3 years. Keep your thoughts positive and visualise your buyers loving your house.
