Thank you all so very much:)

One of the (many) reasons we got Bailey was I am on my own with my daughter and so when she's in bed it's lonely sometimes so he's great company for me.

Tonight I'm really missing him and feeling lonely. It is so lovely that complete strangers are thinking of us and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know without your kind thoughts I'd be feeling far worse. I'm just hoping I don;t get flash backs when I eventually get to sleep.

Thankfully I don;t think my wee girl saw him lying in the road, just me carrying him.

So thank you all for being there in my time of need x

I'll let you all know when I hear more

I sincerely hope the dog is ok as I am a great animal lover (having 3 dogs) myself.

However, like you, yourself, said it could have caused a big crash. I would like to warn you though that as a dog owner you would be held responsible for any crashes between cars that may have resulted in the dog getting loose and car owners would be able to make claim against you.

Just something to think about when he returns home. Keep him safely secured.

Hi Angelstar,

Bailey is innocent and Baily is loved and being tenderly cared for by God. Just put him in Love's care. Know that the arms of divine Love are supporting him and protecting him now and always.

With love,

Judy

I know about all the liability stuff - used to work in insurance.

Costs me more to insure Bailey than to insure my car! Am so glad I took it out though, one less worry at the minute.

When he gets home he will be on the lead all the time - we were only getting in the car at my Mum's and he has never bolted like that before but lesson learned. So long as he's ok.
