Have you thought of EFT for this? - tap on "Even though I'm concerned that the company will think me too old for this job and I do want it so much, I deeply and completely love and accept myself"; "Even though I'm concerned I look too old, and they want someone younger, I deeply ... "; "Even though I don't know how to look younger and need prayers to help me get this job, I deeply ... "; "Even though I may look too old for this job, I don't feel old and I have all of life's experience behind me that will give me the edge over a younger person and I deeply ... "; and so on.
