Everything good and beautiful about your Dad is eternal and can never end and never die and you can never be separated from his love either.
I hope you will feel the loving and sustaining touch of the Comforter at this time. I guess in a way, it's a blessing that your mum is not aware of all this. I'm so glad too that you have the wonderful Oakie by your side!

Thank you all for the kind words, seem to have gone round in a bubble the last couple of days, but today I am feeling more with it!! Oakie is truly my rock and my kids have been fantastic, it is so wonderful being surrounded by such love at a time like this.
Mum took the news quite well, but how much has sunk in I don't really know. Time will tell.
