Fleur, sorry I missed your post here, sending you and mum and dad a huge hug and lots of healing. I am glad that it is nothing serious and hope that mum gets better soon.

just an update,
a rollercoaster of up and down days at home,,,,just got more and more sick and in more pain then ever before.
Mum ended up having a 2nd emergency stay in hospital was kept in for 2 weeks. as well as the severe diverticulitis a football size abcess was found behind her large intestine. How that was never found in her 1st visit there I will never know! She should never have been sent home the first time but they had a lack of beds!!
It has now been drained and she has just returned home again, shes not eating much and sleeps a lot needs to build her strength up again, but at least her pain is being managed with para's now and not morphine. 🙂
Oh poor mum Fleur! Black Crow was correct then in what she 'saw' in her post.
So glad they found the problem and mum is now getting the right treatment. Continuing to send lots of love and positive thoughts and hugs all round.
