I have tendonitis, tennis elbow, in my left arm. I've been to the docs and been prescribed rest, plus paracetemol and nurofen. Only took a few of the first and the later makes me feel sick. It's been four weeks and although I can now move my arm across my body I still wake in the night with the pain. Picking anything up is very painful and as I live on my own trying to do day to day things are almost impossible. Showering and dressing are fun and housework has been non existant! Windy came down last week and looked after me, driving me around and making sure I ate properly.
If any of you feel you could send me some healing I will be grateful.
